The Colony South Fitness & Sports Club, conveniently located in Clinton, MD, offers a variety of services including a Fitness Center, Personal Training, Massage Therapy, swimming lessons and more!
 
If you are interested in continuing your exercise routine during the cold winter months, our heated, indoor, pool offers the perfect enhancement to your workout. For those who suffer from health issues or just want to be in better physical shape, water is an excellent medium offering resistance to movement, while increasing cardiovascular endurance as well as physical strength. Let us be a part of your new workout routine by signing up, today, for one of our water aerobics classes.
